Natchez Trace

And here we are. A wet and inauspicious start to the adventure. I’m not going to set much up, I think we are going to get more thunderstorms later.

The trip down was uneventful. A Cash pit stop.

And may he rest in peace.

However… this does not mean I must rough it.

Car-Glamping at its best

I’m only staying one night in Natchez Trace State Park. As with all of my stops on this journey, I’m also scouting for future trips.

Natchez Trace State Park is beautiful. I do think I’ll come back some time. The park map shows some good trails, and there is some great history here.

I think I ruined the neighborhood.
I’m official
Looks like someone caught the elusive tree fish.
There is a deer, a bear, or a big squirrel in there. I swear I heard it.

If I get into this camping shtick, I may go for one of these. if I intend to be at a place for at least a couple of days.

My kind of roughing it.

Tomorrow I’ll be posting from Oklahoma. See you then.

Peace and love everybody. Marv
