All trips, for me at least, seem a tad daunting at the outset. And for the few days prior. But I usually settle into the new routine fairly quickly. This trip however had some significance.
Of course I’m talking about (ad nauseum, sorry) my ThrillerFest writer’s conference. If you’ve read my previous posts you’ll be caught up on that. It was fruitful on many levels and I am very glad I went. I did get peopled out though. And when I did, I simply took a stroll up to the City’s stress reliever… Central Park. What a wonderful thing to have for those who live there. The anxiety steamed off me like a fever.

Capping my visit to the city was a visit with two of the most wonderful human beings on the planet. Always a pleasure to visit and converse with them. I left NYC a happy fellow. Never mind the annoying flight delay and the sitting on the taxiway waiting to take off for an hour or so. I was on my way to this.

As always everyone, enjoy your life to the best you can. Appreciate what you do have.
Peace and love…
Marv
